AARON “AROD” WILSON
About
I graduated from Bethune-Cookman University in 2013 with a B.S. Business Administration emphasizing in Marketing and a minor in Mass Communication PR Advertising. I graduated once again from B-CU’s graduate program in 2014 with a M.S. Transformative Leadership. Shortly after graduation, I took on corporate Sales/Marketing landing my first role out of grad school with the Houston Astros Baseball Club, working in the inside sales department. Shortly after starting with the Astros, I landed my first role in Pharmaceutical Sales. Where I spent the next 8 years working for 3 different companies selling in a wide range of various disease states. In 2022, I decided to take a huge leap of faith and leave the corporate world to pursue my passion in photography and digital marketing. As a creative, my artistry is a blend of my corporate experience and my passion for capturing the essence of authenticity, promoting brand and self-identity through visual strategic storytelling. Taking the experience and knowledge of promoting marketing campaigns as a drug rep for new product launches to being behind the lens creating the vision and capturing the images to paint the digital picture. I strive to not only capture the image, but also create an experience that engages the viewer, and leaves a lasting impression.
